2. Primer coating. Primer coating: Waterborne epoxy zinc rich primer or water-based epoxy anti-corrosion primer, applied to the specified film thickness, with a flat surface and no holidays.

3. Intermediate paint coating.

4. Topcoat coating. Mix components A and B evenly in proportion and stir electrically for 2-3 minutes. Apply water-based wear-resistant polyurethane topcoat to achieve the specified film thickness. The coating should be smooth and flat, with uniform and consistent colors.

matters needing attention

1. Construction environment.

Humidity: Construction should not be carried out when the humidity is above 85%.

Temperature: Construction should not be carried out when the temperature is above 35 ℃ and below 10 ℃. Construction should not be carried out outdoors in strong sunlight (early or late construction can be chosen).

2. Coating thickness issue

The film of water-based paint cannot be thick at once. During thick coating, multiple coats are required, and the second coat can only be applied after one coat is dry.

This product belongs to non hazardous chemicals. If it accidentally enters the eyes, rinse with plenty of water first. In severe cases, seek immediate medical attention.

SPP-9FG heavy-duty anti-corrosion polyester coating is a high-performance anti-corrosion polyester coating modified by epoxy resin.
