Introduction: SPP-M001 water-based ceramic polymer topcoat is a material based on silica sol organic silane and compounded with rare earth, aluminum oxide, and titanium oxide. It improves the brittleness of pure inorganic coatings, retains the high weather resistance, wear resistance, temperature resistance, and self-cleaning properties of inorganic ceramics, and is a long-lasting and environmentally friendly coating. It is mainly used as a topcoat to improve weather resistance and anti-corrosion.

Instructions for use
1. When making the topcoat, the primer should be clean, oil-free, and waterless. The topcoat should be applied when the SPP-D001 water-based heavy-duty anti-corrosion primer is dry by more than 90% (well ventilated, after 10 hours at room temperature).
2. Coating preparation:
Please stir the main agent evenly first.
Main agent: The curing agent is mixed in a ratio of 7:3 (weight ratio) for 60 minutes and allowed to stand for 30 minutes before use.

Packaging, storage, and transportation

Suggested storage environment: 0-40 ℃, stored in a cool and ventilated place, in a warehouse, and the container must be sealed for storage.
Shelf life: 6 months without opening the original packaging; Beyond the storage period, it can still be used after passing the quality inspection.
This product does not contain organic solvents and is not classified as oxidants, corrosives, or radioactive hazardous materials. During storage, there will be no explosion and it is not classified as a hazardous material. During transportation, prevent severe cold, sunlight exposure, and rain.

During construction, the moisture content of the substrate must be less than 7%, and the temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ above the dew point.
When the ambient temperature is below -5 ℃, it is not suitable for construction. During spraying operations, the ambient humidity must be below 85%.
3. The spraying material component B must be thoroughly stirred for 30 minutes before use to ensure uniform mixing.
When the interval between re spraying is greater than 2 hours, it is necessary to apply a special interface agent before re spraying.
